With a concentration on cocktails made from Hudson Valley spirits The Roosevelt Bar has wines and tap beer that pairs with any of our vendors. A white rioja to go with pinchos from El Nica? They got it. A beer to go with a brisket burger from Mizz Hattie’s. They got it. Or a speciality cocktail designed to pair with a lamb shawarma? They can make it for you on the spot! Shmucks's Sweet Stuff
So three local college students known by their collective moniker (The Shmuck’s) decide to open a candy, ice cream, and waffle shop and we sure are glad they did. Come meet the boys who are responsible for a whole lot of people breaking their New Year’s resolutions. Homemade ice cream, fresh waffles made on the spot, and homemade brownies, cookies and more. Leave your diet at home and bring your sweet tooth!

Renowned NYC chef Armando Salinas brings his Nicaraguan cuisine to the Hudson Valley Food Hall. Formerly of Fandimata in Williamsburg a new baby made Chef Armando look for a change of scenery for him and his family. And how lucky for us he did! Come try a taste of latin food from Ropa Vieja to taquitos El Nica has all your favorites (and stay tuned for when he does his special ordering of Nacatamales… they’re not to be missed!).
